White Sox infielder Omar Vizquel has left Chicago’s game against the Baltimore Orioles with an upset stomach. Vizquel was replaced by Brent Lillibridge at third base before Baltimore batted in the seventh inning Thursday night. The White Sox say the 43-year-old Vizquel is day to day.
