White Sox shortstop Alexei Ramirez, who had three hits during Tuesday's 9-6 win over Atlanta to break out of a 2-for-16 slump, left the game in the ninth after suffering a cut on the middle finger of his throwing hand when trying to field Omar Infante's grounder.
